At Mistprint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Mistprint accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify, the item must be in brand-new condition, meaning it must be unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging. Any product that shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required to process any return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, customers should contact our support team by emailing support@mistprint.com with their order number, the product(s) they wish to return or exchange, and the reason for their request. If the item is defective, clear photos showing the issue must be included. Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address for the returned item. The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mistprint is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer via email about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product. We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.
4. Exchange Policy
Customers who wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style must follow the same return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. The replacement item will be shipped only after the original return has been received and inspected.
5. Additional Information
If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they should contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. For refunds that do not appear in an account within the expected timeframe, we advise checking with the bank or payment provider first.
