1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping for both domestic (U.S.) and international orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

United States Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: $5.95
  • Estimated Transit Time: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday)

International Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: $9.95
  • Estimated Transit Time: 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 (before taxes and after discounts). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Delays

  • Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier-related delays.
  • International shipping times vary depending on the destination country’s customs process. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Mistprint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Therefore, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after checkout.
  • If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
