At Mistprint, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Costs

We offer affordable shipping rates to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner.

United States: 5.95 USD per order
International: 9.95 USD per order
There are no hidden shipping fees.

Delivery Times

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.

United States: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) via USPS or UPS.
International: 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday) via DHL or Asendia.

For international orders, customs clearance processes may extend delivery times beyond our estimated timeframe.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. These additional costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact us at support@mistprint.com to make modifications to you order as soon as possible.

If you need to make changes to your order or want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

If you have any tracking queries or do not receive a tracking email, please contact us for assistance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Mistprint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

For lost packages still in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist with a resolution.
